Start of the fight by having the whole raid spread out in the first platform when the first sha pools spawns you start slowly moving clockwise "left" around the room, once per phase 1 he will spawn adds which needs to be killed the 3rd tank is used to pick them up. Right before phase 2 people spread out in the room to kill the oozes then back to entrance as phase 2 ends and repeat.
