RipSpawn Guild rules
Our guild is more than seven years old and that means alot these days. Our guild has persisted for that long because we combine the perfect mix of professional raid attitude with a personal well populated community. We respect eachother, we accept eachothers differences and we have loads of fun and laughs. But we also know when we have to set our gameface on and take the raid fights seriously. Nobody likes wiping on a bossfight, not during progression and definitely not during a well known fight. Personal errors are a key factor to raid wipes and nobody likes wiping due to one player failing, but mistakes are made and the key to solving these errors is offering the player the best solution to prevent the error he made in future fights.
Considering our community, we have a great variety of people, comming from all different country's, having their own habbits and characters. We respect eachother and we don't judge, especially not based on religion, sexual preferences or gender. We help eachother out when it comes to gearing your character, leveling an alt, respeccing, choosing the best professions etc. We will expect the same from you.
Here is a list of the rules you need to agree upon when applying for the guild;
- You will never talk shit about fellow raid members, not in the guild chat and especially not outside of the guild. This goes for socials, raiders and officers. If you have a problem with a fellow guild member, report this issue with an officer of the guild, don't take matters into your own hand. Be polite to guildmembers, becoming part of the community enhances the change greatly that you will be allowed to stay in the guild.
- If you sign up for a raid, you must be able to attend the raid. If anything comes up and you won't be able to make the raid in time or at all, let any of the officers know in advance, prefferably a day before the raid starts.
- If you sign up for a raid, you will come prepared, having read about all the encounters and seen any available footage on the encounter. You will also come supplied with flasks and potions.
- During a raid encounter you will only talk if you are allowed to and when the information you have to offer has anything to do with the encounter, otherwise leave your comment to yourself and say it after the encounter is over. We welcome new theories and tactics, but not during a fight, join the discussion in between fights if you have anything to say about the fight.

Recruitment
As of Sunday August 25th, we are a 25 man raiding guild. So far we have been raiding with social members and now and then friends from outside the guild. This will change, we are recruiting to make a solid 25 man set up to clear ToT 25m HC and enter patch 5.4 with a complete raid setup. The following class/spec combinations are needed and are listed in order of high importance to lower importance;
ranged dps (high importance)
-Warlock
-Boomkin
Even though your class and role might not be listed here, we do consider any high experienced, skillful and especially geared players when applying for the guild.
